The Ministry Effectiveness Diagnostic
Your free results told you where you are. This tells you why, and what to do next.
One hundred questions across the Five Pillars, each measured through Present Stewardship and Future Readiness. The result is not more data. It is your Ministry Effectiveness Blueprint: interpretation, prioritization, and a plan, reviewed personally before it reaches you.
For churches with Diagnostic access. Your portal will always show whether it is available to you.
Access the DiagnosticWhy it’s worth paying for
You are not paying for more questions.
Anyone can send you a survey. The Diagnostic exists because scores without interpretation create anxiety, and interpretation without prioritization creates paralysis.
You are paying for three things: an honest picture of all five pillars through both lenses, a trained eye that reads your results in the context of your church and your community, and a prioritized 90-day path your leadership team can actually walk.
Software organizes the data. A pastor interprets it. Nothing reaches your team without human review.

Questions pastors actually ask
Is this going to tell us to become a megachurch?
No. Our goal is not to make your church bigger. It is to make it healthier. The Blueprint honors your context, your convictions, and your culture. We will challenge methods where Scripture and wisdom allow. We will never pressure you to become a different church.
Who should take the comprehensive assessment?
The lead pastor at minimum. Many churches also invite an executive pastor or key elder to complete it together, which sparks the exact conversations the Blueprint is designed to serve.
How long until we receive our Blueprint?
Within one week of completing the comprehensive assessment. Every Blueprint is personally reviewed before delivery, because pastoral discernment is the product, not a bottleneck.
Is our data private?
Yes. Your assessment data is treated as sensitive ministry information. It is never shared, benchmarked publicly, or sold. Ever.
What if our church is small?
A church of 100 can have profoundly healthy gatherings, and a church of 2,000 can have unhealthy ones. The Five Pillars measure intentionality, not size. Most of our best work happens with established churches between 75 and 800 people.
What happens after the Blueprint Review?
Whatever serves your church. Many teams implement independently with the 90-day plan. Some schedule a Ministry Effectiveness Intensive. A few become long-term Strategic Partners. There is no upsell script waiting for you.
Clarity is not cold. Clarity is kind.
Give your leadership team the clearest picture of your church they have ever had.
